How do I Book?
Does hand poke hurt more than a machine?
2
Hand poke is less abrasive on the skin which makes it more gentle. Often, my clients drift off or even fall asleep from the minimal discomfort and relaxing meditativeness of this tattoo method.
Do they last as long as machine tattoos?
3
Yes, the only difference being the method the ink is applied to the skin and the organic style.
Healing is super easy and fast - treat hand poke tattoos like any other tattoo, with aftercare and keeping it clean. My hand poked tattoos usually heal in about 5-7 days.

What’s the healing like?
The ink is mannually pushed into the skin one single dot at a time with hand poked tattoos. So it can take a bit longer, depending on the design and placement.

Does hand poke take longer?
Is it okay to change my design on the day?
6
Yes, if the adjustments aren’t major it’s easily done on the spot. However if it’s a full redesign, a new booking may be needed
Some traditional inks contain glycerin (from animal fat), bone char (for black ink), gelatin (as a stabilizer), or shellac (from beetles). However, many modern high quality brands are now vegan and cruelty free.
I use ink and stencil products that do not contain animal-derived ingredients or by-products and are not tested on animals. Vegan alternatives use vegetable glycerin, plant-based pigments, and synthetic materials to achieve the same durability and vibrancy in inks.
The aftercare I provide and recommend to clients is vegan friendly, which avoids ingredients like beeswax or lanolin.
I also like to use eco-friendly barries and tools where possible, that are made from biodegradable materials, to reduce my impact on the environment as much as I can in such a high waste industry.
And of course, me! ‘Cruelty Free’ comes from my personal philosophy of living a cruelty free, vegan lifestyle which has been important to me since 2013.
